La Perla is a classic style hotel for your Sims. Made on two floors, it has ten bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom. Six bedrooms are for couples, while the other four are single bedrooms. In the main floor, it has also two studios, some areas with sofas and breakfast tables and a fireplace. In the upper floor there are two chess locations too for your Sims to entertain with. In the outside there is a romantic pool and lot of seating.
